Map your trigger → response loops. Learn pattern interrupt techniques and “The Shift” breath protocol.

criticism, building new neural pathways under pressure.
Week 3: State Shifting — “The Choice”
From reaction to response. From survival to opportunity.
Understand states vs traits (you’re not “an anxious person”). Learn the Dial Effect and decision hygiene under
pressure. Business Application: Leading from regulation, making high-stakes decisions clearly,
understanding that your nervous system is contagious.
Week 4: Identity Work — “The Becoming”
Who are you when you’re not surviving?
Explore the Identity Iceberg. Update your foundation. Craft new identity statements. Business
Application: Identity-based decision making, sustainable leadership identity, long-term performance without
burnout.

All sessions are recorded and available within 24 hours.
How much time do I need daily?

What’s the refund policy?
