Heather Bloodworth is the Founder and Chief Hueman Officer of HuemanWorks, where she helps huemans build calm, clarity, and resilience in real-life situations.
As an Adjunct Professor of Mind–Body Health at West Chester University and Executive Mindfulness Coach for the YMCA of Greater Brandywine, Heather blends evidence-based mindfulness, movement, and music into practical tools that can be used when and where you need them.
She is a qualified teacher of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and is completing her Master of Social Work with advanced training in trauma-informed CBT and DBT.
